Meet your guides

  • Hi, I’m Zoe

I am a stand for wild soul-led women expressing themselves fully.

I work with women in midlife because I too am swimming in these waters.  I am exploring how to navigate with courage, grace, and honesty by being in full relationship with my self and my actual experience.  I am not perfect at this but I can offer support, guidance and deeply held space based on my full attention to this time in my own life.

A couple of years ago I felt a stirring and a call. I felt something changing, and while I didn’t know fully what that was, I felt ready to take some space and explore. I decided to close my psychotherapy practice for a year and embarked on some internal deep diving.  I got curious about my work, my relationships, my patterns, my body, all of it!

During this exploration, I journeyed inside and outside. In the fall of 2023, I traveled solo to Spain and walked the Camino de Santiago for 34 days.  I also completed an intensive vision fast in the summer of 2024 which supported the emergence of my claiming my new name.  It has been the leaning into these changes that has helped me with the challenges of menopause and also to claim the potency of this Rite of Passage.

Menopause, and all it brings with it, has been my playground, my place of exploration, and it is where my curiosity and heart are alive.  It is because of the ways I have embraced this time that I want to provide support and space for others.  To help you lean in and embrace this time in the ways that are just right for you.  This group is the first small step in those offerings and I would welcome you to begin the journey with me.

I am also a licensed clinical psychologist, with over 15 years of working with women.  I have a strong training in therapeutic practices that support a capacity for presence, witnessing and deep reflection including my training in Hakomi, IFS, and trauma informed practices.

  • Hi, I’m Zionne

I am a woman - rooted, ready, remembering.

I’m a devotee of Mystery’s love-gravity, of wild erotic embodiment, and of soulful relationship with the spirit of the animate world. Through ritual, ceremony, deep listening, and depth practices, I create the conditions for what’s been hidden to emerge - for sacred rage to crack us open, for holy love to flood the body, for the imaginal wellspring to stir the soul’s original longing, and for long-buried parts of the self to return to the light.

I honor the cycles that spiral us through tension and surrender, through the fertile dark, and into the wild terrain of our undomesticated power. At this stage in my becoming, I live for what’s raw and real. I want the truth, in the body and between us. I turn toward wellness as fully felt presence, toward pleasure as reclamation, and toward radical mischief as a holy reimagining of how we live and relate in this middle-world life.

I am called to threshold places - where the veil thins, where the numinous whispers, where something ancient beckons to be remembered. I have four years of experience holding council circles - sanctuaries where truth finds its voice and what stirs in one body ripples through the whole. I long to be found - and to help others be found - by the deeper story dreaming us.

We look forward to welcoming you into circle

women in midlife supporting each other in community

Themes to explore in circle may include

  • What have you learned about menopause, what feels true, what doesn’t, what needs to be shed, what needs to be claimed

  • What experiences have you had with initiation and Rites of Passage, what does that mean to you, what would it be like to begin standing in this time of life as a profound initiation

  • What are the gifts emerging in you at this time. Where are you feeling more powerful. What do you have to offer

I will be offering a longer container of this group in the future. This is a great opportunity to get a taste for how it is to be in circle together and if this is the right fit for you.

Midlife years are often filled with uncertainty, as the old story disintegrates and we wait for a new story to emerge. The trick to navigating that time between stories is not to push too hard, but to let the new story emerge in its own good time - and to sit with, and perhaps even learn to cherish, the uncertainty of it all. Uncertainty is the apprentice of mystery. It’s an antidote to our desperate need to know, to predict, and so to control - and whether you’d like to or not, you’re not going to be able to manage your way out of your midlife transition. Uncertainty then, can be a very fine ally
