Growth Is Natural - and It Can Also Be Messy

We want to grow. It’s a natural and beautiful instinct. And…when we move toward growth, we hit bumps, vulnerabilities, old learning and long-ago healed wounds along the way. 

I want to support your growth, orient to what wants to emerge, and hold you through the difficulties that arise. I blend therapy and coaching because healing isn’t linear; it’s a spiraling, upward current. We heal, build awareness, and cultivate resilience—which supports us to stretch and take risks. We weave together growth and healing. This is the dance..

My training as a therapist as well as my skills in coaching will support your unfolding and growth.

Our time together is a collaborative, co-created, exploration. I am human and I bring myself fully to this work. I connect to the depths in me and all my own wisdom, and meet you in yours.

We are two equals showing up together to collaborate on where you want to grow and expand as well as focusing on what you want to release and let go.

Together we will build a deep, sturdy, and compassionate container within your being to hold all that you are. You will learn to welcome all that is here. When we do that authentically, things come into right alignment. The next steps emerge.

Episodic Therapy

Life isn’t a straight line and therapy doesn’t need to be either.  I work with people in episodes or cycles.  We meet, we attend to something in a deep dive and then you go out into life to explore, play, and integrate.  

Later, perhaps there is a layer deeper to explore, something new arises that is desiring exploration, we can do another deep dive together. I want to help people live their lives and be free - not help people be dependent on therapy. My goal is to help you become your deepest inner ally.

Nature flows in episodes and cycles. She is my greatest mentor, and her rhythms guide our work together.

  • A gentle and powerful way to meet the different “parts” of yourself—especially the ones that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or critical. IFS helps you create inner harmony, heal old wounds, and reconnect with your core Self. Especially helpful for women managing internal conflict, self-doubt, or self-criticism.

  • Our bodies hold our stories. Somatic therapy invites you to slow down, listen inward, and build a deeper relationship with your body. This helps regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and restore a sense of groundedness. Ideal for navigating midlife shifts and stressors.

  • Nature reminds us of who we are. Whether we’re working metaphorically or literally in natural spaces, this approach brings the rhythms of the earth into your healing process—helping you reconnect to something larger and more timeless than the day-to-day. Reconnect to your wildness, cycles, and intuition

  • Simple, powerful practices to support present-moment awareness, nervous system regulation, and deep listening to your inner world. Mindfulness helps you shift out of autopilot and into meaningful connection—with yourself, your body, and the life you’re creating.

  • Working with altered or expanded states (including dreams, imagination, or post-psychedelic integration) can open new insight, healing, and possibilities. These states are approached with care and grounding to support your ongoing integration and growth.
