WOMEN’S CIRCLE

The Life Review

A year-long journey to reconnect with every version of yourself and discover the beauty of your whole story.

A sacred year for witnessing, tending, and reclaiming your story

Most people move through life collecting experiences without ever stopping to appreciate the full story they tell. The Life Review is an invitation to do just that — capture and appreciate the fullness of your life through guidance, creativity, and community.

Over the course of a year, you'll revisit the full story of your life, one age at a time. The path you follow on this journey is co-created. You follow where you feel pulled and receive support throughout with monthly virtual gatherings, dyad partnerships, personal one-on-one guidance, and a closing in-person retreat.

The Life Review isn't a rigid course or group therapy. It's part inner excavation, part storytelling. Part healing, part celebration. It's a community-held container for a creative, deeply personal practice that looks different for every woman who enters it.

"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you."

Maya Angelou

The Life Review

Embark on a unique journey that explores your life, chapter by chapter, through creative practices, self-exploration, deep healing, and sacred community.

The Life Review is an invitation to creativity. An invitation to connection with the fullness of your self, your soul, your whole being.

Over the course of a year, we gather online monthly in intimate circle, move through guided creative practices between sessions, and close our experience with an in-person retreat on the land. The Life Review is a way to honor what has been and step forward into the next season of your life with something you didn't have before: the full story of who you are.

Imagine feeling...

  • A profound sense that your life (all parts of it) has been meaningful and is worth honoring

  • Clarity about what to carry forward and what you're ready to release

  • A sense of gratitude for your past that makes the future feel open and exciting

  • A deep connection with an intimate community of women who are on this same journey with you and growing from it together

  • A felt sense of the gifts, strengths, and beauty you have carried across every season of your life

  • Permission to step into the next season of life as yourself fully and unapologetically

Inside the Life Review

I spent a year traveling through the history of my own life — an experience that not only changed how I held my past, but how I lived my present. I created the Life Review to share this sacred process with other women who are excited to revisit their whole story with fresh eyes.

  • Solo Exploration

Each week you'll spend sacred, dedicated time with one age of your life. This may look like journaling, looking through photographs, art-making, movement, time in nature, or stillness. Or, it may be something completely different. I am here to offer ample guidance and suggestions throughout, and this practice is yours to shape in the way that feels most true to you.

  • Monthly Gatherings

Once a month we come together in Council to share what is arising as we travel through our lives. This sacred time is to witness and be witnessed through deep listening and full presence.

  • Monthly Dyads

Between gatherings, you meet monthly with one other woman from the circle to connect and share what's emerging for you. Dyads help us practice witnessing and mirroring in a more intimate way, without the weight of advice giving (or receiving).

  • 1:1 Sessions with Zoe

Three times over the year, we meet privately — just you and me. This is a space to share what you're experiencing in this practice, to receive personal guidance, and to be seen in your individual journey in a way that group spaces can't always offer.

  • In-Person Closing Ceremony

At the end of our year together, we gather in person on the land to honor the full journey. Our celebration will honor what has shifted, acknowledge what has been carried, and step forward into what's next.

MEET ZOE

It started with the whisper of an idea...

We mark our birthdays as moments to look ahead. We make wishes, we set intentions, we imagine what's to come. But as the years go on, we can forget, or may even choose not to remember, the many layers that have shaped us.

When I turned 50, an idea began to whisper: what if I went back? So, I spent a year revisiting every version of myself I had ever been — a week for every age. I was curious about what I would find, and not quite prepared for how significantly it would change me and I how I related to myself.

What started as a creative project became a profoundly healing and illuminating journey in my life. And when it was over, I couldn't wait to take other women into that same territory. And so the Life Review was born.

A year of coming home to yourself

Every woman's Life Review unfolds differently, but the journey follows a similar arc:

  • Discover

Book a brief conversation to make sure the Life Review feels like a good fit for you.

  • Arrive

Set aside sacred time for your practice each week. You may move through some ages quickly, while others need more care.

  • Gather

Once a month we come together to witness, share, and be held in what is arising across our individual journeys.

  • Deepen

Week by week, age by age, your story gets deeper — as does your connection to yourself and our circle.

  • Celebrate

Finally, we come together on the land to honor the journey and celebrate the wholeness of each of us as we cross the threshold into our next chapter.

THE POWER OF CIRCLES

Journey into yourself, in good company

Modern life is extraordinarily good at keeping us alone in our experience. The women I meet are incredibly capable, wise, and have done meaningful inner work. But something in them still feels unseen, unspoken, unopened.

Women's circles like The Life Review are an ancient answer to this very normal, contemporary ache.

Women have always gathered this way. Around fires, on the land, in the spaces between the demands of daily life. Circles exist to remind us that the challenging or uncertain terrain we are crossing has been crossed before, and that we are never alone in walking it.

The Life Review is a unique type of circle experience that asks you to travel inward, age by age, through the full landscape of your life. What emerges is a reclaiming of your whole self, made all the richer by the company of the women traveling alongside you.

TESTIMONIALS

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Life Review is open to any woman who feels called to reflect back on her life, and it tends to resonate most deeply with women in their late thirties through fifties and beyond.

It is best suited to those who have already done meaningful inner work: women who know their own vulnerabilities, have tended to the bigger difficulties and traumas, and are ready to go back through their life with a fine-tooth comb. This is less about excavating what hasn't been addressed, but to witness, tend, and reclaim the fullness of everything you've lived.

If you are newer to inner work or therapy, this may not be the right place to start. The Life Review goes deep, and it goes better with a foundation already beneath you. If you don't quite fit this description or have questions about whether this offering is right for you, I'm here to help. Book a discovery call and we can figure out your best path together.

  • No, The Life Review and other women's circle offerings are not therapy or group therapy. While I am a psychotherapist and bring that experience with me, I am not acting as your therapist within the circle. Think of it more as a sacred gathering than a clinical process.

  • The Life Review is limited to 8-12 participants so the experience feels intimate enough to share and grow freely.

  • Our monthly gatherings are held online. The year closes with an in-person retreat on the land and these location details will be provided upon joining.

  • The Life Review women's circle is $1200 for the year-long experience, plus an additional fee (varies seasonally) to cover accommodation during the in-person celebration retreat. Estimated rates for the retreat will be shared before joining the circle. Travel costs to and from the retreat location are not included.
