Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy & Psychedelic Integration
Some doors only open from the inside. With ketamine-assisted therapy, we travel beyond the ordinary and into a space where deep healing occurs.

Where revelations take root
For women who have already done meaningful inner work, there often comes a point where something still feels just out of reach. It's not for lack of trying, but because this level of clarity, connection, and healing lives in a place that thinking alone can't always access.
This is the territory ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) welcomes you in to. It opens a window into a deeper layer of your consciousness — a place that already exists within you, but needs the right conditions to be fully known and understood.
Beneath everything you know about yourself, there are layers of you still waiting to be discovered. They're not hiding—just deeper than thought has ever taken you.
This is an invitation to go there.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
For women who are ready for more than a surface-level life, and want something different than talk therapy to help them get there.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a powerful tool, and not something I offer lightly. But for the right person, at the right time, it catalyzes shifts that your previous therapeutic work laid the groundwork for, but still felt out of reach.
My approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and deeply relational. I bring the same philosophy to KAP that I bring to all my work: that the complexity of life is what makes it so beautiful, and that your inner wisdom is our best compass to explore what has always been there.
What opens up with KAP?
Clarity and self-connection that is difficult to access through ordinary awareness alone
Insight that arrives not as a thought but as a felt, embodied truth
A loosening of the patterns, defenses, and stories that have kept you circling the same ground
A sense of aliveness, spaciousness, and connection to yourself, to others, and to something larger
A new relationship to what has felt stuck, heavy, or just out of reach
Experiences and realizations that, with intentional integration, become lasting shifts in how you live
What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy?
Ketamine is a legal, FDA-approved medicine that has been used in clinical settings for decades. In therapy, it works by temporarily quieting the noise of life and softening the mind's typical defenses — the patterns of thinking, protecting, and self-editing that can make it hard to access our deepest sense of self. The experience is often spacious, grounding, and clarifying.

KAP Sessions & Intensives
KAP sessions can be used as standalone experiences or integrated into your ongoing therapy, especially for trauma healing, emotional release, and consciousness exploration. KAP begins with preparation sessions, followed by a ketamine session, integration sessions, and additional ketamine sessions where necessary.
-

EMDR & IFS-Informed KAP
For those working on a specific theme, memory, or pattern, I offer KAP at a lower dose paired with EMDR and/or Internal Family Systems work. The ketamine creates a more receptive internal state, while the EMDR or IFS provides structure for processing specific material.

Psychedelic Integration
For those who have explored psychedelic medicine on their own (whether intentionally or unexpectedly) and want to make sense of what arose, these integration-only sessions provide a grounded, therapeutic container for processing the experience so it can genuinely benefit your life.

MEET ZOE
With you every step of the way
After 20 years of walking with women through the most vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives, I know this terrain well. And not just from my practice, but from my own inner journey as well. I know what it takes to go somewhere unfamiliar inside yourself, and I know how much it matters to have someone steady beside you who isn't afraid of what you might find there.
Going beyond the ordinary edges of your consciousness takes courage. And it matters deeply who is with you when you do. I'd be honored to share your journey with you.
Is this for you?
KAP is for the woman who is ready for a different kind of inner journey. You may not necessarily be facing a crisis, but you have already done meaningful inner work and are looking for something that goes further. Maybe you...
✺ Hit a ceiling?
The work you've done has gotten you far. But there are places inside you that haven't shifted despite everything you've tried. Something still feels stuck. Depression, anxiety, grief, or disconnection that hasn't fully lifted. You have a sense that the next step needs a different approach.
✺ Want to escape the noise?
There's a particular kind of knowing that doesn't come from thinking harder or reflecting more deeply. This knowing is first felt, then embodied. KAP can help open these doors that thoughts alone cannot unlock.
✺ Are curious about consciousness?
You're drawn to living in wholeness, and that includes experiencing all that life (and your consciousness) has to offer. You want to feel more alive, more connected, more clearly yourself and can't help but wonder what lies beyond the edges of your thoughts.
KAP may not be the right fit for you at this time if you are seeking a purely medical or recreational experience, or if you are not yet in a stable enough place to engage with deep emotions. Readiness is something we assess together honestly, collaboratively, and without pressure.
The Process
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and other therapeutic psychedelic experiences are not just a one-off session. The full process follows an intentional journey that starts with setting your intentions and develops as you integrate the experience into your daily life.
Preparation
2-3 sessions, 75 min each | $225/session
Before we begin, we take time to get clear. What are you carrying? What are you hoping to access? What intention do you want to bring into the experience? These sessions are where we build the container for your KAP experience and prepare you to go into it with clarity and purpose.
Ketamine Session
3-4 hour experience | $650
The ketamine session takes place in my office, in a carefully held environment designed for comfort, safety, and depth. You will take a ketamine lozenge dosed by a licensed prescriber, and then be guided through the full experience as it unfolds. I am with you throughout, not to direct the journey but to help you feel safe enough to go wherever the experience leads.
Integration
1-2+ sessions, 75 minutes | $225/session
This is where the real shifts take root. Integration sessions are where we make meaning of what arose from your ketamine session and weave the insights, images, and felt experiences back into your life and your ongoing inner work. Without integration, an experience remains just an experience. With it, it becomes the turning point.

Yes. Ketamine is an FDA-approved medicine and a legal psychedelic-assisted therapy in the US. It is prescribed by a licensed medical provider that I partner with for this offering.

Those who tend to find this work most meaningful are curious, open, and willing to meet whatever arises. They aren't looking for a quick fix. They are seekers who are drawn toward a deeper knowing of themselves and a fuller experience of being alive.
More specifically, KAP can be a transformative next step for women who are already on a path of self-discovery. If you've already done meaningful inner work (spent time in therapy, explored somatic practices, or committed to understanding yourself more deeply) and feel ready to go somewhere that work hasn't yet taken you, this may be something worth exploring.
This work is also a natural fit for therapists, healers, and practitioners who spend their days holding space for others. You know the territory of inner work intimately, and yet it can be surprisingly hard to receive that depth of care for yourself. KAP offers you a space that is entirely yours, where you can examine your own healing and how you tend to both yourself and others. -
Everyone experiences this a little differently. Many people describe a sense of spaciousness, softening, or distance from their ordinary patterns of thinking. Some experience imagery, emotional release, or a felt sense of connection to something deeper.
-
Preparation sessions (2-3) and integration sessions (1-2) are $225 each, and your ketamine session is $650. Medical screening and ketamine prescription are handled directly with the prescriber and billed separately.
